Founder & Managing Partner
Gabriel Gouveia Magalhães is the Founder and Managing Partner of GOUCAP. He works across financial structuring, valuation, infrastructure, industrial assets, energy transition and special situations.
His background combines financial markets, private capital, business development and applied economic and financial engineering. He holds a degree in Business Administration from IBMEC-Rio, an MBA in Economic and Financial Engineering from UFF, Executive Education in Investment Decisions and Behavioral Finance from Harvard Kennedy School, and is an MSc candidate in Industrial Engineering at PUC-Rio.
His analytical work incorporates valuation, decision analysis, multicriteria methods, econometrics, data science and risk assessment applied to complex real-asset opportunities. He holds an active professional registration with CRA-RJ.
